haha yeah, hate it when people do that. Car looks pretty rough around the edges too, I’d be very scared. So many great cars under $10k right now there. Noticing quite a few very clean 1st gen Boxsters out there. Pro tip: you can make the Camry rear wheel drive by simply driving in reverse all of the time.

Otherwise I think the Red Green Show did a tutorial on how to make a RWD sports car out of a FWD K car...

I’ve been noticing quite a few nice RWD Nissans and Corvettes too...even some clean 350Zs under 10k. It’s a great time for cheap sports cars!

I like the corvette in concept - cheap big power...but the interiors especially on the C4 and C5 Corvettes make me want to throw up. They just look and feel so horrible. Once the C6s get a bit cheaper - I think that’s when they really started getting it right as an all round great car.

ps- more than the purchase price itself, its the maintenance costs I’m mostly concerned about. Hence why the Miatas and Corvettes out there seem like a good idea. Some gorgeous 1st gen Boxsters out there like the one I had linked on another response...but I’m very scared as to how expensive a cheap Porsche could be.
